Even though it’s Monday, I’m already planning for the weekend! We may have family coming over so, just in case, I prepped a refreshing cocktail to make sure it would be up to par…and it was. Fall may be upon us, but I’m not ready for apple vibes…still holding on to Summer tastes. This raspberry mint spritz is perfectly refreshing. It’s 3 ingredients – really two because one is a garnish. You know I’ve been loving Be Mixed (here and here) and trying out new ways to enjoy their mixes.
Raspberry Mint Spritz
Sparkling rosé – I chose Le Grand Courtage
*tip: I love getting champagne/sparkling wine splits. If you know you’re not going to use a whole bottle, why open it and let it go to waste.
Be Mixed Cucumber Mint
Raspberries (for garnish)
I used a white wine glass (mainly because I like how it looks and it’s more spritz-y…just go with it) and added the Be Mixed Cucumber Mint and topped with rosé. Added a handful of raspberries as well as garnished with some. That’s it!
Note: You could add ice if you’d like or just make sure the cucumber mint and rosé are chilled.
Want to make it more boozy?
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Be Mixed cucumber mint, and 2 oz of vodka). Shake well. Strain into glass and top with rosé.
Want more raspberry flavor?
In a cocktail shaker, muddle some fresh raspberries and repeat the above.
Give it a try and let me know what you think!!
