Valentine’s Day is coming up, as if you needed a reminder given all of the decor overflowing in drug/grocery stores right now. If you’re doing any entertaining for the holiday with your main squeeze, girlfriends, or chillin’ by yourself, I got you covered. A girls gotta have a tasty cocktail to sip on, right?! This rosemary sparkling rosé is a little sweet, smells delish and is too easy!
Rosemary Sparkling Rosé with Agave Sugar Rim
Ingredients:
- Agave Honey
- Sugar
- Sparkling Rosé – I used Le Grand Courtage
- Rosemary Sprigs
In a shallow dish, squeeze in a bit of honey. In another shallow dish, put in a about 2 tbsp of sugar. Place champagne flute upside down lightly in agave and then into the sugar to coat flute rim. Add a sprig of rosemary to flute and fill with sparkling rosé! That’s it!
Note: If you want a bit more rosemary infusion, you could make a rosemary simple syrup (here) and add to flute before topping off with champagne.
