Doesn’t this sound divine?! Now you know I love to cook, trying new recipes and don’t mind how complex….but, there’s nothing like a quick and easy recipe to break out and impress guests! A recipe doesn’t have to be difficult to be delicious. This Raspberry Rosé Champange sorbet is only assembly required! This would be an especially perfect dessert if you were hosting a dinner party where you and were already making a few items. Why stress yourself out having to prep dessert as well! Just put a few ingredients together and serve – and honestly, you could even have your guests make their own.
Raspberry Rosé Champagne Sorbet
- Raspberry Sorbet
- Fresh Raspberries (I hope this goes without saying, but rinse and dry before using)
- Rosé Champagne/Sparkling Wine (I had these fun Presto canned Rosé sparkling wine that I used – mentioned here– and it was perfect for a serving size as well as to just add any extra to your glass…might as well kill two birds…)
Add 1 or 2 scoops of sorbet to your glass (I used the hubbys brandy snifters as a fun glass – you could also use a wine glass like these or these). Pour champagne/sparkling wine (I wouldn’t completely cover – think halfway but certainly add to your own taste). Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
