This herb dip is some kind of wonderful! It is simple to make and is a go-to in our house for entertaining. Why? Besides that it tastes good? You don’t get tired of serving it because you can switch up your presentation. Sometimes I serve with crackers or chips, and of course, an assorted veggie platter (like shown). Definitely try this!
For presentation, I love a platter that is overflowing and diverse in offerings. I also like to make sure to have something that’s in the dip as a garnish – like the parsley. It gives your guests an idea of what’s in the dip and it adds freshness and color.
Herb Dip á la Ina
- Scallions (4 minced)
- Parsley (2tbsp minced)
- Dill (1tbsp minced)
- Cream Cheese (8oz – you’ll want to make sure it’s room temperature in order to mix easily)
- Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
- Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper for seasoning (I also sometimes add a little Season-All as well)
In a mixing bowl (or electric mixer), add all of the ingredients and stir (or blend). Best served at room temperature but if you make ahead place in fridge and set out about a little before serving.
It’s just that simple and oh so good! Enjoy!
