Memorial Day weekend is often filled with lots of fun days and nights with friends and I’m certain we could all use a little extra hydration! Plus, who wouldn’t want to incorporate some pretty and healthy waters into their entertaining rotation – I mean, isn’t water always a must?!
These three are my favorite, 2 ingredient, infused water combos and why not set out a few options for guests to pick and choose during a Summer gathering (think BBQ, picnics, receptions, dinners – really anything!)? It will be a hit, I promise 🙂
Cucumber & Mint
This combo is my absolute favorite! I’ve always loved cucumber water (always makes me think of being at the spa) and mint is one of my favorite flavors. This combination screams FRESH to me and is perfect for the warm summer months!
Strawberry & Basil
I tried this awhile ago and have to say it was delish. I’m not even a huge basil fan (except with tomatoes and mozzarella) but this somewhat strong flavored herb with the sweet strawberries is really a great blend.
Rosemary & Grapefruit
SOO good! I love cooking with rosemary and the color and citrus/tart taste of grapefruit and the combo together is amazing. I did read however, that the longer it sits the more bitter it can get (which wasn’t an issue for me because I drank it right away) so just something to keep in mind when preparing – don’t do it too far in advance of your gathering.

If you want to add a little pop/fizz, use sparkling water instead!
