Create a Mimosa Bar!

Not sure about you darlings, but mimosas scream year round deliciousness (oh yea, and brunch vibes)…For your next brunch-time gathering, I highly recommend creating a mimosa bar. Why? Because it’s simple, it gives guests options, and it looks pretty!

This mimosa bar is super simple and again, it’s about options – fruit juice and fresh fruit for garnish (or nibbles) and you’re all set! You certainly, can add more juice and fruit options but I decided to keep it simple and go for three. I selected grapefruit juice, raspberry lemonade (it is sooo good with champs), and old faithful, orange juice. I decided to stick to berries for the fruit garnish, but choose what you like, what looks good, and what is in season.

For the presentation, I used these fab glass carafes from Crate & Barrel – I love them and am sure to use them frequently. This three part rectangular dish (also from Crate & Barrel) used for the fresh berries was perfect for sticking with my three option bar. And of course any champagne cocktail is not complete without flutes – these Crate & Barrel tour champagne flutes are lovely and can go with anything!

Fruit juice – check! Fresh fruit – check! A little champagne, darling – check, check!

Cheers! đŸ˜‰
