- Your preferred champagne – I grabbed the first bottle I saw – Segura
- Sugar Cube
- Lemon (or orange) twist for garnish
- Angostura bitters
1. Drop sugar cube in your champagne flute
2. Pour a couple drops of bitters to let sugar cube soak
3. Pour champagne
4. Add garnish
