Mother’s Day Throwback!

Excuse my absence as I got a bit distracted, but I’m back!
Taking it back a little bit…to Mother’s Day! My dad and I decide to switch things up this year and host brunch for my mom and grandmother with the family at my parents house. Dad and I were cooking and I was in charge of decor/table setting!

*can we talk about how fabulous these Oleg Cassini champagne flutes are?!*

[Champagne Darling Tip]I love having options especially when you are doing a buffet style brunch. Offer 2 or 3 different desserts so that guests can pick and choose plus it adds additional color! For table dimension, use a tiered tray or different levels of platters!

The breakfast table featured our cocktails and desserts (above), while the dining room was set for brunch (below)

[Champagne Darling Tip]I love place cards on a table! Don’t miss your opportunities to add personal touches – even for a meal with family!

I’m so glad we did it, it was a fun and personal way to celebrate two of our favorite ladies!

[Champagne Darling Inspiration]

While this was set in honor of Mother’s Day, use this as inspiration for a girlie ‘pretty in pink’ brunch with friends!
