{Easy Apps: Baked Brie}

This is so easy and soooooo good! I originally found the recipe from one of my fav bloggers Fashionable Hostess but also found a couple other variations via Pinterest!

[Champagne Darling Inspiration]
I served the brie with an assortment of crackers as well as apple slices (granny smith) which was a great combination!

The first time I made this was for pre-dinner drinks for my mother-in-law’s birthday and it was a hit – next I tried it with fig jam per my husband’s request. He was certainly on to something because it was amaze and is definitely in my appetizer rotation!
Here’s how you do it!

~ Preheat your oven to 350degrees F
~ Line baking sheet with parchment paper (or you could use cooking spray)
~ Place brie in the center of the baking sheet
~ Spread fig jam over the top of the brie

~ Cover brie with crescent dough (note: they now make it in sheet form but if you buy the roll package just roll it out as needed; you could even use puff pastry too if you have that instead)
~ Bake for 30-35min – looking for a golden brown color
~ Remove and Enjoy!

You can thank me later! *wink*
